The sweepstakes bylaws are maintained in github. The link below should be the most recent comitted version in PDF form, but the current year’s races may be operating under a newer version if updates have been approved but haven’t been updated into the repository and any active team should check with the current Sweepstakes Committee if there is any question about the bylaws/rules.
